Here at Roost, we pride ourselves on listening to our clients and finding the best possible homes that meet their needs. We know Madison-area neighborhoods and housing stock really, really well, which means we're up for just about any challenge.

Occasionally, the homes currently on the market don't line up to meet a buyer's needs. And so we get creative. We do this in a number of ways -- and one of them is this, a direct appeal to friends, former clients, and fellow readers like you.
